Winside Public School was notified that families and educators of Winside Public School were part of a cyber-security breach from PowerSchool, a software vendor that provides our Student Information System (SIS). Letters will be sent to individuals whose data was compromised in the incident from Winside Public School this week with details and information.

Preschool Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on January 20, 2025 at 8:00am. We are doing an online registration this year. The link/QR code will be available on the school website and Facebook on January 20 at 8:00am. Paper registrations are still available at the school starting January 20. By registering your child it does not mean they are automatically enrolled in the preschool program. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
--Twenty spots are available (3 year-olds already attending are automatically enrolled as 4 year-olds).
--Preschool is a full day Monday through Friday.
--It serves students who are 3 and 4 year old.
--We are not serving students who are 5 years old and ready for Kindergarten unless there is a significant need for them to attend preschool.
--Students need to be fully potty trained.
--More information will be sent to you upon this registration to the email provided.

December Student of the Month - Winside elementary is Paisley. Paisley has a positive attitude about school. She always tries to do her best and she helps others to be better. Paisley is a joy to have in class.
The Winside High School quiz bowl team took home the championship at the Lewis and Clark Conference Quiz Bowl yesterday. They are back-to-back champions!
