What is your philosophy of education?
My philosophy for the library and FCS classroom would be for students to be comfortable with me, and feel liked and safe, then they are more likely to thrive in reading and in my FCS classes. I work hard to get to know the students so I can create lessons and select books that are applicable and interesting to them in a comfy learning environment.
